Knotte is an organic cotton bedsheet company, a family business with a global presence. Inspired by a love for nature and intuitive Nordic design, Knotte needed a comforting, optimistic tone of voice that reflected the spirit of a company utopian in its ideals. The scope encompassed a brand name, brand story, videos, product, web and packaging copy. We told their story from seed to sheet, beginning with a single boll of cotton to the manufacturing decisions that ensured each product lived up to its green credentials.

From fuzzy ball to the finest yarn
To minimise use of industrial dyes, the founders decided to offer their products in just one colour. Using editorial argument, thoughtful copy and sustainable packaging, we threw light on the dark underbelly of the global cotton industry, while gently nudging consumers towards a brand built as a cheerful antidote.
