Annual report and employer branding for a global supply chain manager

Commodity giants need a deft touch. This means finding new ways to describe a fifty-year-old company’s story in tumultuous times. This also means translating reams of financial gobbledygook into simple ideas and simpler words. There were two mammoth Annual Reports, each fuelled by more than a month of preparation and reading. When we weren’t birthing these overlarge offspring, we reinvented a corporate website and worked on our share of print ads and corporate caboodle. Honest admissions: Rest was hard to come by in reporting season. We lived under a rock for most of winter, and when we emerged, it was spring.
